Trying to figure out what’s going on with the baby. He used to be super chill and easy, but these past few days(ish) he’s been pretty fussy. I talked to the nurse at the pediatrician’s office this morning and we talked through what’s been going on and she gave me a few good things to think about and try, which I’m super grateful for. But in the meantime I’ve been going non-stop this morning and had a quick bowl of cracklin’ oat bran this morning, but now I’m pretty hungry and stuck here nursing the baby. SO. I give you, another round of…

What I’d like to be eating right now:

  • Red Robin cheeseburger (very well done) with fries and campfire sauce (the closest they get to fry sauce outside of Utah) 
  • DQ Georgia mud fudge (duh)
  • Fried chicken 
  • Butter crackers with some kind of good dip/spread
  • Fresh veggie sticks with ranch dip (party style)
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Chocolate covered roasted almonds
  • Chocolate nut clusters
  • Fresh chocolate chip cookies with milk
  • Fresh warm homemade PB cookies with milk
  • Chicken salad sandwiches on buttery croissants
  • Tillamook cheddar cheese with crackers… and salami
  • Sourdough bowl with clam chowder (preferably on a pier in San Francisco)
  • Fish and chips with the good sauce I can’t remember the name of right now
  • Fresh rice krispy treats
  • Teriyaki chicken and fried rice with veggies
  • General Tso’s chicken from the hole in the wall restaurant we used to get take out from when we lived in the moldy house in NY
  • Anything/everything from Papa Haydn’s
  • Anything not gross that someone is willing to bring me on a plate right now
